Ticketing, explained
Your ticket to the moment.
How booking works, how your tickets reach you, and the terms — in plain English.
How it works
Find your event
Search by what, where and when — or ask the AI search in plain words. Every listing shows the date, venue and ticket options before you commit to anything.
Choose and book
Pick how many tickets you want, compare the available offers and see the full total up front — no hidden fees added at the last step.
Get your tickets
Your confirmation email and My Life explain how and when you’ll receive your tickets. Some tickets are only released closer to the event, rather than immediately after booking.
How you get your tickets
The format and release date depend on your event. Your confirmation email and My Life will explain when your tickets are released and how you’ll receive them.
Release timing
Some tickets aren’t released until closer to the moment. Check your confirmation email and My Life for your ticket’s release timing and delivery details.
Email confirmation
Your confirmation email contains your order details, ticket format and how you’ll receive your tickets. These details are also available in My Life.
Different ticket formats
Tickets may be digital with a QR code, use a barcode, or be physical hard copies. The format and delivery arrangements depend on the event and your booking — follow the instructions in your confirmation email and My Life.

The key terms
The important bits, without the legal fog. Full terms are linked in the footer.
Your tickets
Tickets may use a QR code or barcode, or be supplied as hard copies. Follow the entry instructions for your specific ticket in your confirmation email and My Life, and bring the required ticket format to the venue.
Refunds and exchanges
If an event is cancelled, you get a full refund automatically. If it's rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can request a refund. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable, so double-check the date before you book.
Selling or passing on a ticket
You can share a ticket with a friend from My Life → Connections. Reselling tickets above face value outside the platform isn't allowed and can void the ticket.
Event changes
Line-ups, set times and support acts can change at the organiser's discretion — that's part of live events and isn't grounds for a refund. We'll always tell you about date, time or venue changes by email.
Entry requirements
Some events have age limits or ID checks set by the venue. These are shown on the event page before you book, and the venue's decision on the door is final.
Fair use
Accounts that abuse bookings — bots, bulk-buying to resell, or chargeback fraud — can have tickets cancelled and accounts closed.
